Roasted Asparagus with Honey Mustard | Cajun 911 Cuisine
This roasted asparagus is bright, citrusy, and lightly sweet with just a touch of honey mustard. Clean, elegant flavors take center stage, making it a simple yet elevated side dish that pairs beautifully with seafood, chicken, steak, or brunch plates.
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 Tbsp lemon olive oil (or olive oil plus lemon zest)
1–2 tsp honey mustard
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 tsp lemon zest
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Season the Asparagus
Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon olive oil and honey mustard. Sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
3. Roast
Roast for 10–14 minutes, until tender and lightly golden.
4. Finish
