Jilly Frozen Mulberry–Strawberry Mocktail | Cajun 911 Cuisine

The Jilly Frozen Mulberry–Strawberry Mocktail is a playful Cajun 911 creation — icy mulberries and strawberries blended with citrus, topped with a melting popsicle, and served with a side of jelly beans. Refreshing, fun, and perfect for parties, brunches, or springtime gatherings.

INGREDIENTS 

 

FRUIT BASE

1 cup frozen mulberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana, optional 

 

LIQUID BLEND

1/2 cup mulberry syrup or simple syrup

1/2 cup lemonade or limeade

1/4 cup cold water or coconut water

1–2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

 

OPTIONAL SWEETNESS

1–2 tsp honey or cane syrup

 

ICE

1 to 1 1/2 cups crushed ice

 

FUN GARNISHES

1 fruit popsicle, berry, strawberry, or lemon

Small side of jelly beans

Fresh mint

Lime wheel

Extra strawberries

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend the Mocktail Base

Add mulberries, strawberries, banana if using, syrup, lemonade or limeade, water, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Add Ice

Add crushed ice gradually and blend until thick, smooth, and frosty. Adjust sweetness or lemon to taste.

3. Serve

Pour into chilled glasses. Place a fruit popsicle directly into the mocktail so it melts into the drink. Garnish with mint, lime wheel, or strawberries and serve with a small side of jelly beans.
