Grilled Lemon Pepper Sirloin Steak | Cajun 911 Cuisine

This Cajun-style grilled sirloin is simple, bold, and built on clean flavor. Worcestershire sauce adds savory depth while lemon pepper brings bright citrus notes that shine on the grill. Finished with fresh lemon juice and optional butter, this steak is classic Louisiana backyard cooking at its best.

INGREDIENTS 

 

For the Steak

2 sirloin steaks, 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1–2 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

1–1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

Optional cracked black pepper

 

 

Finish

Lemon wedges

Optional melted butter

  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season the Steak

Rub the steaks with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, seasoned salt, and optional cracked black pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 10–20 minutes.

2. Preheat the Grill

Heat the grill to medium-high, about 425–475°F. Lightly oil the grill grates.

3. Grill

Place steaks on the grill and cook 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 4–5 minutes per side for medium. Avoid pressing on the steaks while cooking.

4. Rest

Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5–7 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

5. Serve

Finish with fresh lemon juice and optional melted butter. Serve immediately.
