This bright, chunky garden-fresh salsa blends ripe tomatoes, creamy avocado, cilantro, lime, and onion into a fresh, vibrant bite. Served in a chili-lime salted martini glass, it delivers bold flavor with striking presentation—perfect for parties, porch snacks, and pairing with grilled seafood.

INGREDIENTS 

 

Garden-Fresh Salsa

2–3 ripe garden tomatoes, chunked

1 ripe avocado, chunked

1 small red or white onion, finely chopped

1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste

 

1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional: pinch Cajun seasoning

Optional: 1/2 jalapeño, minced

 

Chili-Lime Salted Rim

1 lime wedge

1–2 tsp Tajín or chili-lime seasoning

1 martini glass

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the Chili-Lime Rim

Rub the rim of the martini glass with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into Tajín or chili-lime seasoning until evenly coated. Chill the glass until ready to serve.

2. Make the Chunky Salsa

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, onion, and cilantro. Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and optional Cajun seasoning or jalapeño. Toss gently to keep the avocado chunky.

3. Serve

Spoon the salsa into the chilled, chili-lime rimmed martini glass. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, plantain chips, or fresh vegetables.
