This frozen raspberry chocolate martini blends rich chocolate with tart raspberries for an elegant, dessert-style drink. Chocolate fudge settles at the bottom while raspberry sauce rims the glass, creating a layered cocktail that’s sweet, slightly tangy, and perfect for celebrations, holidays, or a special night in.
INGREDIENTS
For the Cocktail
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup ice
1/3 cup half-and-half or evaporated milk
2 Tbsp raspberry sauce, plus more for rim
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup or chocolate fudge, plus more for glass bottom
1–2 tsp sugar or simple syrup, optional
Mocktail Option
Replace liqueurs with raspberry lemonade or additional milk

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass. Dip the rim into raspberry sauce until evenly coated. Spoon 1–2 teaspoons of chocolate fudge or syrup into the bottom of the glass and set aside.
2. Blend the Martini
Add frozen raspberries, ice, milk, raspberry sauce, chocolate syrup, and optional sugar or simple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth, thick, and frosty. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
3. Pour and Serve
Pour the frozen martini into the prepared glass over the chocolate base. Garnish with raspberry drizzle, chocolate curls, fresh raspberries, or mint if desired.
