INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the Peach–Marmalade Filling

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, salt, and optional nutmeg. Cook 4–5 minutes until peaches soften. Stir in orange marmalade and cook 1–2 minutes more. Remove from heat and allow the filling to cool completely.

2. Prepare the Puff Pastry

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 equal squares and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Fill and Seal

Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of cooled filling into the center of each square. Fold into triangles and crimp edges with a fork. Whisk egg and water together and brush over the pastry. Cut a small vent slit in the top. Sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired.

4. Bake

Bake 15–20 minutes until golden, puffed, and flaky.

5. Serve

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
