INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture

Combine breadcrumbs, evaporated milk, beef bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, Greek seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Let soak 2–3 minutes until thickened.

2. Make the Meatballs

Add the breadcrumb mixture to the ground beef along with Parmesan, diced onion, parsley, and green onions. Mix gently and shape into small meatballs.

3. Bake the Meatballs

Bake meatballs at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until lightly browned.

4. Make the Tomato Sauce

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and optional bell pepper until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, Italian seasoning, Greek seasoning, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add 1/2–1 cup water or broth to reach desired consistency. Simmer 10–15 minutes.

5. Add the Meatballs

Add baked meatballs to the sauce. Simmer 20–30 minutes until tender and flavorful, adding water if the sauce becomes too thick.
