This Cajun 911 Bloody Mary is bold, savory, and packed with Louisiana personality. Fresh lemon, Cajun spices, celery flavor, and muddled pepperoncini or olives create a rich, layered base. Finished with over-the-top Cajun garnishes like boudin, shrimp, cracklins, and more, this cocktail is perfect for brunch boards, tailgates, and Bayou-style gatherings.

INGREDIENTS 

 
Bloody Mary Base

6 oz tomato juice

2 oz vodka

1 pepperoncini or 3 olives, muddled with juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Cajun hot sauce

 Pinch celery seasoning

1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp horseradish, optional

Juice of 1/2 lemon

 Black pepper, to taste

Ice

 

Garnish Board

Boudin slices

Boiled or fried shrimp

Andouille slices

  Cracklins

Prosciutto

Mini meat pie

Lemon wedge

Celery stalk

   

INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Muddle Flavor Base

Muddle the pepperoncini or olives with a small amount of tomato juice to release flavor.

2. Build the Cocktail

Add tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun hot sauce, celery seasoning, Cajun seasoning, horseradish if using, lemon juice, and black pepper.

3. Shake or Roll

Gently roll the cocktail between two glasses to combine without over-aerating.

4. Garnish

Pour over ice and add Cajun garnishes of your choice.

5. Serve

Finish with an extra pinch of Cajun seasoning and serve immediately.
